THE HEATS AND THE MAIN FAVOURITES TO THE WIN IN THE 53RD TROFEO DELLE INDUSTRIE

After qualifying practice, the heats on Saturday named the main protagonists of the 53rd  Trofeo delle Industrie at the South Garda Karting.

The qualifying heats of the 53rd Trofeo delle Industrie, currently underway at South Garda Karting and organized by Parma Motorsport, have identified the main contenders who will face the final stages on Sunday, November 30th, to battle for the trophies.

The heats, which began on Friday afternoon and concluded on Saturday, displayed excellent competitiveness with many contenders, but also revealed a few surprises as several drivers stepped into the spotlight.

KZ2 – Three tied: Orlov, Albanese, and Bertuca
The heats have launched three key protagonists to the top of the standings, all tied on points: Maksim Orlov (CPB Sport-Sodi/TM Kart/Vega), Danilo Albanese (Dorr Motorsport-KR/Iame), and Cristian Bertuca (KCS-Birelart/TM Kart), each claiming two victories.

It is a truly incredible balance, meaning the competition is wide open for the final phase. Joining these three major contenders for the win are the Swedish driver Norton Andreasson (Ward Racing-Sodi/TM Kart) and former world champion Giuseppe Palomba (Maranello Kart-Maranello/TM Kart). The final phase will definitely be one to watch.

OKJ – Samczyk is unstoppable
In the OKJ class, the Polish driver Remiguisz Samczyk (Forza Racing-Exprit/TM Kart/Vega) has been truly relentless. After taking pole position in qualifying, he went on to win all three heats.

Chasing him was the Italian Cristian Blandino (Tellone Motorsport-KR/Iame), who returns to the top of the standings with three solid finishes. Following them are Antonio Pizzonia (Ward Racing-Tony Kart/TM Kart) and the Bulgarian driver Alexander Lazarus (Forza Racing-Exprit/TM Kart), along with his teammates: the Maltese driver Ben Westwood and the Ukrainian Nikita Botte.

OK-N – Ferrari leads the category.
In OK-N, Riccardo Ferrari (M2 Racing-Gillard/TM Kart) enjoys the satisfaction of leading the category with one heat victory and two second-place finishes. However, there are many contenders here, starting with Nicolas Marchesi (Team Driver-KR/Iame), who took pole position and also won a heat.

Also in the running is the Polish driver Bartosz Grzywacz (Zanchi Motorsport-KR/Iame), making a strong comeback, and his teammate Alex Laghezza. Following them are Federico Rossi (AKM Motorsport-Parolin/TM Kart), Andrea Giudice (Marra 61-KR/Iame) with one win, and the Polish driver Karol Pasiewicz (Magik-Magik/TM Kart). Andrea Barbieri (Zanchi Motorsport-KR/Iame) is further back in the standings despite winning two heats.

OK-NJ – Grelling and Puligheddu are the main protagonists.
The Spaniard Bruno Greiling (Energy Corse-Energy/Iame/MG) leads the category with two victories in the first two heats, followed by Alex Puligheddu (NGM Motorsport-IPK/Iame), who set the pole position and won the third heat.

The Georgian driver Leon Chelidze (CRG Racing Team-CRG/TM Kart) was third, after being a recent protagonist in the MINI class. Fourth place went to Gioele Carrer (Emme Racing-EKS/Modena Engines), recovering from qualifying, fifth to Tiberius Muller (Beyond Racing Team-LN/Modena Engines), and sixth to Luigi D’Ascoli (Modena Kart-Parolin/TM Kart).

MINI Gr.3 – Ratajski monopolizes the category.
After taking pole position in qualifying, the French driver Stan Ratajski (BabyRace-Parolin/Iame/MG) was unstoppable in the heats, taking three victories in the three qualifying races.

Chasing him were Victor Thomas Gorun (Tony Kart Racing Team-Tony Kart/Vortex) and the Romanian Adam Pirvu (CRG Racing Team-T-Group/TM Kart), who had recorded the second-fastest time in qualifying. Also among the top performers were Gorun’s teammate, the Mexican driver Miguel Manzano Suarez, and the Italians Giuseppe Noviello and Marco Verde with Team Driver.

MINI U10 – Ebergenyln recovers and beats his teammate.
The driver from the Arab Emirates, Guido Ebergenyl (Energy Corse-Energy/TM Kart/MG), recovered from his qualifying position and, thanks to two heat victories, prevailed over his teammate, the Polish driver Filip Stec, who had taken pole position.

The third place went to the Polish driver David Aagten (CRG Racing Team-T-Group/TM Kart), ahead of the Ukrainian Platon Kovtunenko (Borsch Racing-KR/Iame) and Cypriot Andreas Papageorgiou (CRG Racing Team-T-Group/TM Kart).
